News Tidbits – Ontario Superior Court Justice Frederick Myers has ruled that Tesla Motors Canada was not treated fairly when the Ford government scrapped the subsidies last month. In a 17-page ruling Justice Myers criticized the Ontario government’s actions and ruled that the province must pay Tesla $125,000 for the company’s legal costs.
