The Wawa Public Library is holding a Coffee & Culture event this evening from 6 – 8 p.m. Special host is Johanna Rowe who will be speaking about Glen Gould, the famous pianist.

Although many are familiar with Glen Gould, not all are aware of the connection he had to Wawa. This connection with Wawa is fascinating; and as more become aware – more come to Wawa. They come here to discover what Wawa held over him. Stories say that Glenn Gould used to travel to Wawa and lock himself in room 102 at the Wawa Motor Inn. There are more stories, and you are invited to come out tonight and listen to Johanna talk about some of them. She may also elaborate on how the fascination with Glen Gould is becoming a feature attraction! The Wawa Public Library will also showcase their Glen Gould collection.
