So here a update on the coming events at Branch 429 in Wawa.
There will be a Xmas dinner dance on December 8th and a cookie walk is planned also.
And a big Thank You for our past president Larry Harvey who once again came across and planned and oversaw a very good Poppy Campaign.
Also you can see the lights on many a day at the office were Mary Anne and Joan are trying to make sense of sales and entering the right figures in the pc.
And since Remembrance day is still fresh in our minds I urge anyone who has relatives who served or are serving to Join the LEGION and help to
make thing better for our veterans and serve our community of Wawa.

The General walked trough the mess hall and asked a soldier” How is the soup today? So the lad replied “Sir there is sand in my soup!”
So the general said “This is nothing think about it that you are serving your Country!”
So the lad said ” I know Sir, but do I have to eat it too”!
To all our Comrades sick at home, in the hospital or nursing homes you are in our thoughts and prayers and we wish you well.
