Heavy snow expected tonight into Tuesday.
What:
- Heavy snow with total accumulations of 10 to 15 cm. R
- educed visibility in heavy snow and local blowing snow.
When:
Beginning late this afternoon or this evening continuing into Tuesday.
A Colorado low will affect the area today. Precipitation will begin as rain before changing to snow late this afternoon or this evening. There is also a risk of freezing rain during this transition.
Yellow Alert = Hazardous weather
Orange Alert = Severe weather
Red Alert = Very dangerous and possibly life-threatening weather
