• It has been years of dreaming and planning, but finally the Northlander train from Toronto to Timmins, with 13 additional stops in Northern Ontario — Matheson, Kirkland Lake (Swastika), Englehart, Temiskaming Shores and Temagami will start in the new year. That would have been very useful with the past storm.
