Although we cannot meet for Worship together you may like to read the Scriptures for 28 March 2021 – Palm / Passion Sunday

The 6th Sunday in Lent & the first day of Holy Week.  It commemorates Christ’s Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem.

Liturgy of the Palms

Mark 11 : 1-11  Jesus’ joyful entry into Jerusalem

Psalm 118: 1-2, 19-29   The stone that the builders rejected.

Liturgy of the Passion

Isaiah 50: 4-9a    The servant,”I gave my back to those who struck me”

Psalm 31: 9-16     My times are in your hands, O God.

Philippians 2: 5-11     Let the same mind be in you as was in Christ Jesus.

Mark 14: 1-15: 47         Narrative of Jesus’ final hours.

To Ponder: To which part of the passion narrative do you gravitate?  Why?
