Weather advisory in effect for:
- Agawa – Lake Superior Park
- Searchmont – Montreal River Harbour – Batchawana Bay
Winter Weather Travel Advisory in effect for this afternoon, evening and overnight.
Brief but intense snowfall could affect road conditions and visibilities today into Tuesday morning. Travel conditions are expected to be the most difficult this evening and overnight.
Flurries off of Lake Superior will strengthen today and continue into Tuesday morning. Local snowfall amounts up to 15 cm are possible by later Tuesday morning. Lesser amounts are expected close to Lake Superior where temperatures will remain slightly warmer.
Those travellers in the area are advised to be prepared for winter travel conditions.
Flurries are expected to gradually weaken through the day Tuesday.
