Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have concluded their search for 35-year-old Andrew SAVAGE of Terrace Bay.
On Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, at 6:00 pm OPP were notified that Andrew SAVAGE of Terrace Bay, Ontario, was missing. Members of Mr. SAVAGE’s family contacted the Schreiber OPP advising they were concerned for his well-being. He was last seen on the morning of Tuesday, October 31st, 2017, in the Simcoe Plaza area of Terrace Bay.
Officers with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Schreiber Detachment, Members of the OPP North West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP helicopter, OPP North West Region Crime Unit and OPP Urban Search and Rescue/CBRNE Response Team (UCRT) conducted a search for Andrew SAVAGE.
On Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 at approximately 5:16 p.m., officers located Andrew SAVAGE deceased in the Township of Terrace Bay.
A post-mortem examination will be performed at a date to be determined. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Andrew SAVAGE.

Members of the Schreiber Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a missing person in the Terrace Bay area.
On Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, at 6:00 pm am OPP were notified that Andrew SAVAGE, 35, of Terrace Bay, Ontario, was missing. SAVAGE was last seen on the morning of Wednesday, October 31st, 2017, in the Simcoe Plaza area of Terrace Bay.
SAVAGE is described as a white male, approximately 5′ 7″ tall, with long dark brown curly hair, and a long dark brown beard. SAVAGE was last seen wearing blue jeans, a greyish blue and white Columbia jacket and a dark blue hoodie which he typically wears pulled over his head.
