Marine – Strong wind warning in effect.Wind north 25 knots backing to northwest 20 early this morning then diminishing to west 10 this afternoon. Wind increasing to southwest 20 overnight and to south 30 Wednesday evening. Waves 2 metres subsiding to one half metre this afternoon then building to one to one and one half metres Wednesday morning. Waves building to 2 Wednesday evening.
