The Moore and Case families would like to thank the Wawa EMS paramedics, the nurses in palliative care, Troy Dereski, LDHC staff and Valerie at the Kerry Funeral Home.

A special thanks to Dr. Chris  Stamler for his care and compassion during Carl’s illness and his hospital stay in palliative care.

We also thank Dr. Aziz and his staff, Dr. Rassouli, Dr. Julie Bowen and all the wonderful staff at the SAH who cared for Carl during the last four and a half years.
