Locally heavy rain today and tonight. Freezing rain tonight north of highway 101.

In addition, very mild temperatures will result in rapid snow melt and significant run-off. The combination of locally heavy rain and run-off may result in localized flooding in low lying areas and water pooling on roads.
Rain will transition to freezing rain tonight north of highway 101. Several hours of freezing rain are possible and significant ice accretion may occur before the freezing rain transitions to snow late tonight or early Thursday morning.
