Saying ‘Yes’ to Encore wins Thessalon $100,000 on LottoMax

Thomas Chappell of Thessalon said ‘yes’ to Encore (May 12, 2017  Lotto Max) and won $100,000. Thomas matched six of the seven winning numbers on his Encore selection.
