MORIN, Lionel

Passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday February 10, 2015 at the age of 60 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Hélène for 40 years. Proud father of Sylvie Hussain (Abbas), Steve (Marie-Andrée Boivin), Suzanne Lord (Roger) and Nancy Morin-Rioux (Eric). Cherished pépère of Steven, Melanie, Eden, Maxime, Jérémi, Jérika, Mikaël, Sedrik and Aleksi. Dear son of the late Marie-Berthe and Guillaume Morin. Lionel will be remembered as a wonderful brother and brother-in-law by the Morin and Noël families. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may visit at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa, 1-800-439-4937) on Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Monica’s Church (Broadway Avenue, Wawa) on Tuesday February 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Michael Asorgoe officiating. Cremation. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

MORIN, Lionel – Décédé soudainement et de façon inattendue, mardi 10 février 2015 à l’âge de 60 ans. Époux bien-aimé d’Hélène pour 40 ans. Père de Sylvie Hussain (Abbas), Steve (Marie-Andrée Boivin), Suzanne Lord (Roger) et Nancy Morin-Rioux (Éric). Grand-père bien-aimé de Steven, Melanie, Eden, Maxime, Jérémi, Jérika, Mikaël, Sedrik et Aleksi. Fils de feue Marie-Berthe et feu Guillaume Morin. Les familles Morin et Noël se souviendront de Lionel comme un frère, un beau-frère. Ses nombreux neveux et nièces en gardent un très bon souvenir. Visites au Salon funéraire P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa, 1-800-439-4937), lundi soir de 18h à 21h. La messe des funérailles, présidée par l’abbé Michael Asorgoe, aura lieu à l’église St. Monica’s (Broadway Avenue, Wawa), mardi 17 février 2015 à 11h, suivie de l’incinération. Des dons commémoratifs à la société du Cœur de l’Ontario seraient grandement appréciés par la famille.
