École secondaire Saint-Joseph (Wawa) students from recently discovered that making homemade bread is an easy way to save money. By its great taste, impossible for it to go to waste.
Under the direction of their teacher Ms. Valérie Lévesque, each student registered in the Learning Strategies for Success course had to produce a bread that contained only three ingredients. The students were able to add spices according to their personal taste. Therefore, each loaf was different. Once baked and taken out of the oven, the students wrapped the bread so that it could be eaten at home. The pleasure of savouring a homemade bread is likely to be repeated over and over again at home since all students left with the recipe!
What a tasty learning experience and which gave off a delicious smell in the school!
