Marine – Gale warning in effect. Wind east 30 knots increasing to northeast 35 this morning then diminishing to northeast 30 this evening. Wind backing to north 25 near noon Saturday. Rain changing to periods of snow or rain this morning then to chance of showers or flurries Saturday. Waves 2 metres building to 3 early this morning then subsiding to 2 near midnight. Waves subsiding to one Saturday evening.
