Hope that Miss Triggs gets the book thrown at her for killing my family’s and many other family’s friend.
Only being charged with careless driving !. She killed him, should be charged with careless driving causing death.
In the Province of Ontario , ic you make an illegal left hand turn , and kill a motorcyclist , you’re only subject to a Maximum Fine of $500.00 …. Organizations , like B.R.O. Ontario ( Biker’s Rights Organization ) are presently lobbying the Government , to make changes to the Highway Traffic Act …. so when you see that petition, sign it … Go see your local MP and get him interested in ressurecting Bill C 130 in Parliament …. You want changes ? Then do your part to make them.
Totally agree with both above comments, now sure all the details but the fact she killed someone she should be charged with The maximum penalty for dangerous driving causing death which is min. 14yrs up to life. Rick was a good man, very unfortunate & sad this happened. This is very shocking news!!
Hope the judge gives it to her the hardest way possible.
Lets just think of Anne and family at this time, rather than having another family ruined over a tragic thing like this that took my dear friend. God Bless all involved.
Think of a Anne and Family right now, take care of them, Rick would not like the anger.
Pray for Anne and the Family, think of them right now
