Provincial – Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown will deliver a speech to the Northeastern Ontario Municipal Association (NOMA) Quarterly Session in Timmins this morning. In the afternoon he will be speaking at Terry’s Steakhouse in Cochrane regarding hydro prices.
