VIKKEN, Leslie Howard

Suddenly at the Lady Dunn Health Centre, Wawa on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at the age of 81 years.  Beloved husband of the late Margaret.  Very supportive father with a big heart of; Michael (Julie), Tara (Gary May), Susan Kertesz (Robert), Cindy Barry (Claude), Michaela (Larry Derasp) and Melissa Fournier (Denis).  Proud and giving grandfather of 22, predeceased by 1 grandchild and great grandfather of 7.  Son of the late Michael and Katie Vikken.  Leslie will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Paulette Hamilton and brother-in-law Brian Breton and their families, his dog Ashes and all his close friends.Friends may call at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa, 1-800-439-4937) on Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Service on Saturday, December 5, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Monica’s Church with Pastor Ron Henson officiating.  Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
