News Tidbits:

 

There were no new fires confirmed in the Northwest Region by the mid-afternoon of June 21, with three active forest fires in the Northwest Region. Two are being held and one is under control. The forest fire hazard is predominantly low to moderate across the region with an area of high hazard in Thunder Bay and Fort Frances districts.

Premier Doug Ford will be joined by Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, Rod Phillips, Minister of Finance, and Monte McNaughton, Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development, to make an announcement at 1 p.m.
