  • Hwy 17 at Old Woman Bay (picnic area) the eastbound lane and shoulder is closed due to environmental clean up.
  • Wind chill values between minus 35 and minus 40 are expected for Manitouwadge – Hornepayne this morning (ended at 9:14 a.m.)
  • There may be hope for Halfway Haven’s future. Dan Hollingsworth (N1 Solutions) is working on behalf of Korey Wischmeyer to create a plan to redevelop the property. They are hoping to have Halfway Haven become an adventure hub featuring outdoor activities for 3/4 of the year; not just snowmobiling in the winter.
