Tired of Cooking? Salmon Finger Burgers & Blueberry Cardamon Sauce for Ice Cream

If you are anything like me – cooking meals for years on end, you have no idea of what to cook next. Here is a dish that I enjoy, you may as well.

It is blueberry picking time, and the Salmon Derby Weekend, and many homes will be blessed with an abundance of both.

Try the fish either on the bun, or as simple fingers – if you have leftovers, be aware they may disappear from the fridge overnight!
