Missing Marathon Male found

The Marathon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police asked for the public’s assistance in locating a 21 year old male from Marathon. Eric Pelletier had been reported missing, with last seen Thursday 21 May, 2020 in the area of Ontario Street in Marathon. The Northwest Canine Unit, Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Air Support, and Marine Unit were assisting with the search.

This morning Marathon OPP reported that Monday 25 May, 2020 at approximately 05:10 the male was located deceased, and stated that no further details to be released.

The OPP want to thank the public as well as all the OPP units in assisting with this search.
