Come at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9 to join the Christmas festivities as Wawa Baptist presents its 2nd annual Christmas production, called “A Bethlehem Christmas at the Fawlty Towers,” at Wawa Goose Seniors’ Drop-in Centre. Enjoy the performance of plays and Christmas carols with hot drinks and desserts to follow. All are welcome!
Wawa Baptist Church extends an invitation to lunch on Sunday, December 17. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., after church at 10:00 a.m. (at the Wawa Goose Seniors’ Centre. Come out to lunch with Wawa Baptist for a time of food, fun, and meeting new friends!
A Christmas Eve service will be held by Wawa Baptist on Sunday, December 24, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wawa Goose Seniors’ Drop-in Centre. All are welcome.
Please note that we have canceled our Sunday, December 10th Praise Night. Wawa Baptist will resume with a Praise Night scheduled for January 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wawa Goose Seniors’ Drop-in Centre. Come and be refreshed by a time of friendship and singing Christmas carols.
Everyone is welcome to come each Sunday to pray at 9:30 a.m., and engage in worship at 10:00 a.m. with songs of praise, and a Scripture-based sermon. The Wawa Goose Seniors’ Drop-in Centre is wheelchair accessible. Sunday school is available for children between up to 12 years of age. Dress casually.
