On Monday February 20, 2017 at approximately 1:15 pm members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment responded to a White River Ontario address regarding a possible domestic incident. At the scene police interviewed all involved parties.
As a result a 51 years old White River woman was arrested and charged with the following offence:
- Adult Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking given by Officer in Charge contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was held into custody for a bail hearing.
