Strong wind warning in effect.Wind south 15 knots increasing to south 20 this morning then diminishing to south 15 overnight. Wind becoming variable 15 Wednesday morning then becoming northwest 15 near noon Wednesday. Wind increasing to north 25 Wednesday afternoon and to north 30 Wednesday evening. Waves one half metre building to one and one half metres near noon then subsiding to one Wednesday morning. Waves building to 2 Wednesday afternoon and to 3 Wednesday evening.
