Wind diminishing to north 15 near midnight and to north 10 Thursday morning. Wind backing to west 10 near noon Thursday. Waves one half metre or less building to one and one half metres this morning then subsiding to one half metre overnight. Waves subsiding to less than one half metre Thursday afternoon. Showers at times heavy ending near noon with a risk of thunderstorms. Fog patches dissipating this morning.
