Roy James passed away peacefully on June 10th, 2018, in his 88th year, at the Kingston General Hospital.  He was predeceased by his wife, of 63 years, Elizabeth Pauline “Betty” (nee Rule) and his brother Dr. Clifford Walter, and his parents, John Samuel and Etta (nee Irwin).   C.
