Locally Heavy Rainfall (Wawa – Pukaskwa Park)

Locally heavy rainfall will continue tonight.

What: Local total rainfall amounts between 40 to 60 millimetres.

When: Over the next several hours.

Additional Information: A line of heavy showers and thunderstorms is slowly tracking northeastward over the region. The southwest to northeast orientation of the line is causing it to train over the area which will lead to locally heavy rainfall.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Avoid low-lying areas.
