  • Interesting to read in spaceweather.com that researchers have discovered that moths in Australia can navigate by the stars, using the Milky Way (especially the Carina nebula) as a visual compass. On cloudy nights, they use Earth’s magnetic field instead. Dark Sky Preserves continue to be very important.
