Significant rainfall this morning.
What:
- Rain with additional amounts of 5 to 10 mm giving total local accumulations of 15 to 25 mm.
When: This morning.
This rainfall combined with the limited ability of the frozen ground to absorb this rainfall may lead to localized flooding in low-lying areas and water pooling on roads.
