Cathy Cannon, Coordinator for Wawa’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library and Russell Reid, Rotary Club of Wawa accepting the Cheque from Austin Hemphill, Director of Alamos Gold Mines Inc.
Recently, Alamos Gold Mines Inc. presented a donation to Wawa’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library program. All donations go directly to support this wonderful program, bringing free books to each enrolled child living in Wawa between the ages of newborn and five years old every month. The first book mailed to each child is “The Little Engine That Could” and the last book is “Look out Kindergarten Here I Come”.

With parents or grandparents reading these books to their children, it better prepares them to start school.
Again, a big Thank You for this generous donation.
