Weather – Periods of snow mixed with rain. Local snowfall amount 2 cm. Wind becoming northeast 20 km/h gusting to 40 this morning. High plus 2. Tonight – Periods of light snow. Snow at times mixed with rain early this evening. Wind north 20 km/h gusting to 40. Low minus 3.

Marine – Strong wind warning in effect. Wind southwest 15 knots becoming variable 15 early this morning then becoming northeast 15 near noon. Wind increasing to north 20 this afternoon and to north 25 this evening. Wind backing to northwest 20 overnight then diminishing to northwest 10 Tuesday afternoon.
