O’BRIEN, Jack

(1931-2017)

Passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Lady Dunn Health Centre. He leaves behind his wife Jean O’Brien (Moore) of 53 and a half years.  Dear father of his only son John O’Brien and cherished grandfather of Noah and Abby.  Predeceased by his parents Dennis Charles and Winnifred O’Brien.  Dear brother of Terry O’Brien (Gail), Dennis O’Brien (late Beatrice), Ann Boxal (late Duncan) and the late Eileen Smith (Frank).  Jack will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

At the request of the family, there will be no services held.  Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre.
