Roads – From the Sault to Montreal River Highway 17 is bare and wet road with snow covered, partly snow packed sections. From Montreal River to Wawa is partly snow-packed. Wawa to Paint Lake road is partly snow packed with bare and wet road sections. From Paint Lake to White River is partly snow packed.

Local – Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown is in Sault Ste. Marie today to discuss the impact of rising energy costs on our health care system following a tour of the F.J. Davey Home; and tomorrow he will be in Chapleau and Timmins. Friday he will be in Kapuskasing, Cochrane, Haileybury, and New Liskeard. His tour will wind up on February 18th in North Bay.
