At Wawa, on Tuesday, February 9th, 1982 in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Alice Strand. Dear father of Wayne (Sparwood, BC) and Leisa. Son of Fred Strand (Windsor) and the late Mirilda. Brother of Donald (Windsor), Verna (Winnipeg) and the late Wilfred and Albert.

Resting at the Lynett Funeral home for visiting Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Officers and members of Branch 429, Royal Canadian Legion, Wawa will conduct a memorial service at the Lynett Funeral Home, Thursday evening at 7 p.m.

Funeral service at the First United Church, Friday at 1 p.m. Spring Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
