A snow squall warning remains in effect from St. Joseph Island to Lake Superior Provincial Park. Tonight, lake effect snow squalls will affect this area. Environment Canada explains, “The snow squalls may be intermittent with bursts of heavy snow separated by times of lighter snow. Local snowfall amounts of up to 15 cm or so are possible. Gusty northwest winds to 80 km/h will likely give blowing snow reducing visibilities significantly. Conditions are expected to slowly improve Wednesday morning.”
