Lady Dunn Health Centre’s Palliative Care Suite Opening

The Lady Dunn Health Centre (LDHC) is pleased to announce the opening of our one bed palliative care suite on February 22, 2017. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 am with the open house continuing through until 3 pm. The suite is made possible with funding support from the North East Local Health Integration Network in keeping with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care’s residential hospice model.

We extend an open invitation to all residents who wish to learn more about the new palliative care program. Light refreshments will be available.

LDHC is a level C, accredited community hospital serving the residents of Dubreuilville, Hawk Junction, Michipicoten First Nation, Wawa, Missanabie, and White River. The hospital offers a range of medical, surgical, emergency, long-term care, mental health, diagnostic imaging services and community services programming.
