The application is for a new quarry

The application proposes an Aggregate Licence to excavate a maximum of 450,000 tonnes of aggregate (annual limit) from an above the groundwater table quarry.

The new proposed site is 55.1 hectares in size and is proposed to be located in the MUNICIPALITY OF WAWA,  (TOWNSHIP OF CHABANEL)  IN THE TERRITORIAL DISTRICT OF ALGOMA. (UTM of western most corner:  672856 E and 5323342 N)

An Information Session will be held to present to the public, the details on the application on: _________, 2026  from   1 to 2 p.m. via a Zoom call.
