Step 1
Call the North Algoma COVID-19 Assessment Centre at (705) 914-1114. If you meet the current testing guidelines you will be given an appointment to attend one of our testing sites.
Step 2
Visit the Assessment Centre testing site that your appointment has been booked at:
Lady Dunn Health Centre – Main Site
17 Government Road Wawa, ON
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am – 8pm
Please note: With the demand for testing the traffic flow entrance has changed from the ambulance to the receiving entrance. Signs are in place to direct you on where to turn.
Dubreuilville Medical Centre – Satellite site
*New testing site effective Monday, Oct 5th, 2020*

Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
