Wawa-news.com You can't hear the 'big picture'!
On Monday September 18, 2017, at approximately 5:35 am members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment were on general patrols Mission Road, Wawa when they observed a northbound motor vehicle travelling at 122km/h in a posted 50km/h zone.
As a result a 30 years old Sault Ste. Marie Ontario male was charged with the following offence:
- Adult Race a motor vehicle – Excessive Speed contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
The defendant was issued a part III summons with a court date in Wawa Ontario for November 15, 2017.
