DERASP, Norman Rheal ‘Norm’

1958 – 2011

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Norman Rheal Derasp at his home on August 1, 2011 at the age of 53 years. Norman was born in Wawa, Ontario on May 13, 1958 to parents Rita and Arcade Derasp. He had a passion for music, fishing, camping and spending time with his grandchildren. Norman will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by his daughters Laura Derasp and Brandie (Jason) Radtke and his grandchildren Kayden Derasp (4 1/2 years old) and Kennan Radtke (1 month old). Also to cherish Norman’s memory are his siblings Claudette Shaw, Elaine Mazurkawich, Denis Derasp, Rene (Corrin) Derasp, Linda (Maurice) Lavigne, Jane (Joe) Imbeault, Larry (Michaela Vikken) Derasp. Norman was predeceased by his parents Rita and Arcade Derasp.

A celebration of Norman’s life will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, McKenzie Road, Red Deer County, Alberta on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 2 p.m.
