Request for Tender: Winter Maintenance

Superior Children’s Centre is requesting tenders for snow removal and winter maintenance at our main location – 41 Algoma Ave, November 2026 to April 2027.

The successful contractor will be responsible for:

Providing equipment, operators and materials

• Maintaining equipment in safe working condition
• Repairing damage caused by snow-removal operations
• Keep entrances and exits, driveway, parking lot and outside gateways accessible and safe

Bidders must:

• Be licensed and insured to perform winter maintenance
• Provide proof of liability insurance and WSIB (or equivalent) coverage
• Comply with all local, provincial, and federal regulations

Tenders submitted no later than: October 16, 2026

Closing Date: October 16, 2026
