KURCHAK, Jack William

It is with great sadness that the family of Jack William Kurchak announce his sudden death on August 25, 2004 at Esnagi Lake.

Much loved spouse “honey bunny” of Cathy Jewell, Clear Lake Field; proud father of his three girls Sandi Kurchak of North Bay, Joan Servent of Lindsay, Maryann Kraan husband Richard of Wawa; proud grandpy of Jesse Servent, Kapuskasing, Kevin Morris of Sudbury, Mary Catherine Morris of North Bay and Andrew Kraan of Wawa; also survived by his sister Jean Butler husband Jerry of Regina, Sask. He is now reunited with his loving parents Mary and John, as well as baby daughter Cheryl and special fishing pal “George”.

Jack had been self employed most of his life, first with Jack’s Welding and then as transport owner operator with various companies. He greatly enjoyed his last few years at home on Clear Lake “puttering”. He loved life – lived it to the fullest and left the way he would have wished.

Memorial Service will be held August 28, 2004 at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, 253 King St., Sturgeon Falls – meeting with family between 1 and 2 pm with the service following.
