Minor Delays this afternoon at 17/101 Junction

 

There were minor delays at the Junction of Highway 17 & 101 late this afternoon. Officers from the Superior East OPP Detachment were investigating and conducting traffic around a collision. It appears as if the SUV drove into the side of the tractor trailer as it was rounding the corner of the intersection, just prior to merging with the traffic heading into Wawa from Highway 17 S/Pinewood Drive. There didn’t appear as if there were any injured parties, and only minor damage to the transport and the SUV.
