Suddenly at his home on Tuesday, July 15, 2003. Ed, beloved son of Alice and the late Charles Curford, loving father of Leanne Briere of Burlington, Charlene Burford of Thunder Bay, Scott Sanders (Lynda) of Abbotsford, BC, Cameron Sanders of North Bay, Stuart Sanders (Nancy) of Stitttsville, and Murray Sanders (Heather) of Oakville. Loved grandfather of Chelsey, Willow, Jamie, Taylor, Mackenzie, Carter, Tanis and Reese. Dear brother of Margaret Burford and Roy Burford (Gail), both of Ingersoll. Ed will be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends expecially Gloria and Norma. “Burf and Santa’s helper will be sadly missed.”

Friends may call at the Gilmartin Funeral Home from 7 – 9 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2003. A funeral service will be held at First United Church, Wawa on Monday, July 20, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Swain officiating.
