Actually they are coyotes
I have seen wolves in the area and heard them several times. I think coyotes are rare here.

I have had the opportunity to photograph them a second time from a closer distance and they are indeed Coyotes. Again, they are a pack of four and are prowling the Oakes Bay/Perkwakwia Point area.
