APH: 1 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 (#445)

On Friday, September 10th, Algoma Public Health reported 1 new case of COVID-19 (#445), from Sault Ste. Marie and area. This individual was tested that day, and is of close contact exposure, and is self-isolating.
