Weather – After that tempting taste of summer yesterday, the weather is set to change. Increasing cloudiness with a 60 percent chance of showers this afternoon with risk of a thunderstorm. High 19.

News tidbits – Don’t forget to go to the Goose tonight at 6 p.m. At 6:30 the Municipality will be taking a group photo of the Goose with everyone gathered around. The Goose will be removed within the next couple of days, and the new one installed. The unveiling is scheduled for the July 1st weekend as part of the weekend’s celebrations.

Highway 129 remains closed at this time, with the possiblity of reopening late tonight or tomorrow morning.
