During the interaction, the individual resisted police and was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathon WABIGWAN, 33 years-old from Thessalon First Nation was charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uttering threats-cause death or bodily harm<\/li>\n<li>Resist peace officer<\/li>\n<li>Fail to comply with Probation Order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused was held for a bail hearing and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on December 3, 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One person has been arrested and charged following a threats investigation in Thessalon First Nation.
