The officer observed a westbound motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed coming up behind the police cruiser. The RADAR confirmed the vehicle speed to be between 148 &#8211; 151km\/hr in the 90km\/hr zone.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Guy ROUSSEAU, age 50 of Sudbury, Ontario was issued a court summons for Stunt Driving 148 km\/hr, contrary to section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. The driver received a 30 day driver&#8217;s license suspension and is scheduled to appear in Nipigon court at a later date. The vehicle a black Ford Explorer, was impounded for 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP remains committed to taking aggressive drivers off our roads through enforcement and public education.
